As a chiropractor, my goal is not only to provide my patients with pain-relief, but also to promote an active and healthy lifestyle. I show patients how to maintain proper joint and muscle health in order to accomplish their physical goals.
To do so, the tools I use include Manual Therapy (hands-on work of the joints and muscles), Medical Acupuncture, Exercises, as well as Custom-Fitted Orthotics. I commonly treat back pain, neck pain, headaches as well as various other muscle and joint conditions.
I grew up locally in the village of Portland before graduating from the University of Guelph with a BSc. in Biomedical Sciences. From there I went on to graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2013. I also received training in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University at that time.
I returned to the area and started Rideau Lakes Chiropractic in partnership with Country Roads Community Health Centre. The clinic is located at the Guthrie House in Elgin. I also practice as an associate at Brockville Chiropractic and Health Associates.
I am excited at the opportunity to practice in the Rideau Lakes community!
