This one-hour session contains strategies and tactics you can be using today to mobilize your business, whether you are a product or service-based business with or without a storefront.
You will hear the following subjects discussed and have an opportunity for Q and A.
-Adapting to change in the current pandemic and the evolution of business from Respond to Recovery.
-Options to sell and adopt a new business model based on current consumer preferences.
– How to re-calibrate your cash flow using different methods and understanding the implications of taking on loan debt
– What the current data is revealing about changing consumer behaviour and what that means for retail and bricks and mortar.
This session will be lead by Karen McDonald-Hurley of the Opportunity Group.
Karen has consulted and mentored hundreds of small businesses while working with various self-employment programs. She is the creator of “Business Plan BootCamp” an easy to understand, customizable step by step planning system to develop a business plan, and “Planning your Cashflow” both which have been used extensively in Small Business Enterprise Centres throughout Ontario. Opportunity Group also provides one-on-one coaching to business owners helping them with specific issues or opportunities they may be experiencing in their business.
