In this 3-week guided webinar series (September 10th, 17th and 24th), Tara will walk through a complete financial check up. You’ll uncover what you’re doing really well, & where to look for warning signs. You’ll be given templates & outlines for best practices along with guidance on which tools are best suited for your business.
WEEK 1 September 10th- HANG-UPS, HICCUPS & HABITS
In the first week, we will get to know each other a little better and I will share some stories about common financial hang-ups. We’ll talk about how to start working on some new money habits that we can practice to improve our own relationship with money. Then, we’ll discuss the money coming into and out of your business, pricing and profitability. We’ll tackle a little bit of financial jargon and cover some common missteps that entrepreneurs make with their money.
WEEK 2 September 17th- ACCENTUATE THE POSITIVE & ELIMINATE THE NEGATIVE
The second session will be all about your assets and liabilities. We’ll cover the financial jargon of course, and discuss why tracking these things is important. I’ll share some “best practices” with you so that you are on top of your bookkeeping game. We’ll also examine the things we bring to our businesses that aren’t on the balance sheet.
WEEK 3 September 24th – GO WITH THE FLOW
In the third and final session, we will focus on best practices when it comes to budgeting and cash flow. What’s the difference? What are some common roadblocks that entrepreneurs face that keeps them from using these tools to make life easier instead of making it more overwhelming.
